I would just like to inform Parents that the member of staff absent with high temperature has had her results back and she is negative for coronavirus.

I would like all parents to be aware that a member of staff is off with a temperature. She has had a covid test today. We are following all protocols. Playschool has had a complete santize this morning as a precaution. We are remaining open it is parental choice if your child attends. Will update you all on any changes.

Playschool is re-opening June 1st with limited numbers and various new procedures . I have tried to contact all parents via various media, if you wish to restart and I have missed you please call me on 07814976562. If anyone has any questions at all regarding anything to do with Playschool and returning during the current pandemic please ask.

As of Monday 1st June we will be re opening as per Department of Education guidance. We will be offering restricted sessions and reduced numbers plus will have lots of other safeguards in place. I will ring and talk to all parents , please be patient as this is time consuming. In the meantime consider if your child really needs to attend. Rising 5’s and keyworkers will be given priority.

Hi guys, look out for the second session of Racket tots on line today (15th April) . You will need to like and follow the Sports Route Coaching Facebook page then you will be able to see Tom and Reggie leading a Racket Tots Session at 3pm this afternoon. Please take photos of the children taking part and share on the Kids Community Page. Be Safe and Have Fun!!

Last summer term Hayley from Namaste Kids Yoga visited our playschool and did a course of yoga over an 8 week period. Hayley has contacted me to let you know she has created an online yoga session for 2 to 5 year olds. Our children really enjoyed Hayleys sessions and I am sure some of children remember her so I am providing you with the links to her video. Have fun and post some photos of your children doing the yoga on our Kids Community Page.

Tom is running an on line Racket Tots session this afternoon(08/04/20) at 3pm on the Sports Route Coaching page on Facebook, you will need to like and follow Tom’s page. Have sent an e mail with details.

If you require equipment Tom will be at Squash Club this morning between 10.30 and 11.15 with disinfected Rackets and shuttlecocks! Please practise social distancing when collecting and include it in your daily exercise.

Something New on Our Website : I am creating a community on our Playschool site for the parents to use with the children so they can remain in contact during these strange times! Giving children the opportunity to know what their friends are doing , whilst at the same time giving parents new ideas to occupy their child. I have sent details in an email to all parents , please contact me if you have not received this. You will need to e mail me if you want log in details to enable you to post on the community page. Let me know if you can think of any additions to improve our community page!

Thank you to everybody for making the Nativity happen today , staff for working hard, children for performing , singing and entertaining and for parents and relations for making an appreciative audience. I think all did very well.

I would like to say thank you for all the generous christmas gifts and cards for staff . We will all get very fat on chocolates!!
